The Problem with People

The Problem with People (2024) is an Irish-American comedy by director Chris Cottam that you can watch online on iFILM, starring Colm Meaney and Paul Reiser as cousins who have never met and probably shouldn't.

Barry has gone stale in New York. Kieran, honouring his late father's dying wish to reconnect the family, picks up the phone and invites his American cousin to Ireland. The welcome is genuine enough — until the will surfaces. Barry, it turns out, inherited half the estate, and whatever goodwill existed between the two men vanishes fast. Old resentments, fresh grievances and escalating absurdity take over what was supposed to be a simple family visit.
