Synopsis

A younger generation of muscle has shoved Nick to the margins of Hollywood, so he bets everything on one last idea: shoot a breakout action film on the sunny island of Ischia. His partner in the scheme is an eccentric Italian director with no money, no luck and a head full of ideas. Naturally, almost nothing goes to plan. The comeback turns into a messy, sun-soaked road trip of flops, awkward encounters and a few unexpected truths about the man Nick has become.
Director Frank Ciota leans on the familiar washed-up-star setup but moves it to a Mediterranean backdrop and laces it with gentle jabs at the movie business.
