Synopsis
Summer Holidays (Letnie kanikuly, 2013) is a light comedy by Pavel Bortnikov you can watch online on iFILM. Two students, Pyotr and Denis, head off to spend the break with Pyotr's grandfather in Abkhazia — a place where a guest gets a long table and a glass that never stays empty.
The region runs on its own rules. Denis falls for a local girl, Tinat, she falls right back, and from there come the things that make a southern summer worth filming: old customs, big families, small misunderstandings and one mishap after another. Aleksandr Petrov, Vyacheslav Chepurchenko and Antonina Komissarova fill out the cast.
