Rummate (2020) is a Russian comedy-drama you can watch online on iFILM. Three accidental flatmates — chancer Artyom, wannabe blogger Naila and well-bred Varya from Kaliningrad — suddenly come into a hefty sum of cash that quite literally drops out of the wall of an old Moscow high-rise.

The windfall comes with strings: by the capital's unwritten rules, this "easy" money still has to be earned. Helping them muddle through is a building full of misfits — a retired ballerina named Elena Sergeevna, a young Brit besotted with Russian culture who rents a room there, and hardworking lads from Tajikistan forever renovating next door. Yuri Nasonov, Anfisa Chernykh and Aram Vardevanyan lead the cast.
