TV-MASynopsis
Love & Anarchy (Kärlek & anarki, 2020) is a Swedish Netflix dramedy you can watch online on iFILM. Sofie is a married consultant with two kids and a flawless surface, brought in to fix a venerable publishing house that's quietly falling apart. What she finds is that the crack runs straight through her own life.
A young IT tech named Max catches her in an awkward moment and, half-joking, proposes a game: a back-and-forth of escalating dares, each one bolder than the last. It begins as harmless office mischief and turns into the first thing that has made her feel alive in years. Ida Engvoll plays Sofie as a woman terrified less of scandal than of her own freedom, while Björn Mosten lets Max be a mirror rather than just a love interest. The further the dares go, the less either of them is playing.
The series was created by Lisa Langseth, who also directed several episodes alongside Emma Bucht. Under the flirty premise sits a sharp look at burnout, a marriage on autopilot and the price of keeping up appearances, all delivered with a cool Scandinavian edge and zero moralising. Great for fans of prickly adult comedy. Stream both seasons of Love & Anarchy online on iFILM.
