Synopsis
Lieve Mama (2020) is a Dutch crime drama you can watch online on iFILM. Hellen has the kind of life that looks solid from the outside: a good career, three teenage kids, the warmest house on the street, a husband Werner who never stops working. Things between them have cooled, but nothing that seems urgent.
Then two young criminals — Ralph and Bryan — break into her home. The invasion itself is one thing. What follows is worse: every assumption Hellen has made about safety, control and her own family starts to come apart. Rifka Lodeizen plays her as a woman who has always been the one keeping the plates spinning, suddenly dealing with the fact that some of those plates are already broken. The series isn't really about the crime — it's interested in the damage that spreads afterward.
