Synopsis
Zolotoy Tranzit (Gold Transit, 2016) is a Russian adventure-action series you can watch online on iFILM. The year is 1924. In the border town of Chuysk, right on the edge of China, a former gold prospector named Astakhov comes back after vanishing during the revolution seven years earlier. A young Cheka officer, Pashka Samsonov, never leaves his side.
On paper the bargain is clean. Astakhov reveals where the gold is buried, keeps a quarter for himself, and hands the rest to the state. What almost no one knows is that he didn't return for the metal at all — he came back for his daughter Masha. The sacks are hauled into the vault of a shuttered bank for safekeeping. By morning every ounce is gone.
