The Bad Penny (Season 1)

The Bad Penny (Üç Kuruş, 2021) is a Turkish crime drama series to watch online on iFILM, directed by Sinan Öztürk. Three childhood friends long since went their separate ways: one runs an illegal arms trade, one commands a police precinct, one just walked out of prison.

Then a serial killer surfaces in a Roma neighborhood, leaving three coins at every scene. The coins explain nothing — but the choice feels deliberate and personal. A hardboiled police captain and a local crime boss are forced to work together to find the killer, while the third friend, the one who did time, lurks somewhere in the background.
