Synopsis

Trish Winterman is assaulted at a house party and comes forward. Hardy and Miller take the case. Initial interviews reveal how tightly tangled the lives of Broadchurch residents really are — alibis that almost hold, friendships carrying old debts, and a pattern that suggests Trish is not the only victim. DC Katie Harford joins the team, eager and untested, while Hardy and Ellie move through the work like people who have learned exactly what it costs and do it anyway. The suspect pool widens before it narrows.
