Synopsis

Carmine Falcone is dead. The city is underwater. Oz Cobb — limping, overlooked, and furious — sees a window. Getting through it means outmaneuvering the Maroni family, surviving a war with Sofia Falcone (who spent a decade in Arkham State Hospital largely because of him), and keeping his promise to his mother that this time things will be different. Victor moves between Oz's world and a quieter life, pulled back each time the violence reaches him.
