Synopsis
Gold takes its revenge. Charm (2024) is a Russian crime drama you can watch online on iFILM. A small provincial town survives on a single precious-metals refinery — the place that pulls gold from ore and silence from people.
He is twenty-five, they call him Gypsy, and he steals cars for a living. His father is barely a memory: the man died inside that plant, and the blame was pinned on him, as if he had been smuggling out the gold bars. The case stalled years ago. Gypsy wants to find the real killer himself and settle the debt. When Leonid Maksimovich — the refinery's old director and the town's unofficial owner — comes back, past and present tighten into one knot.
Directed by Dinar Garipov, the series stars Oleg Menshikov, Filipp Yankovsky, Fyodor Fedotov and Elizaveta Kononova. Its nineties aren't nostalgic but raw and mean: corruption, cold arithmetic, a human life measured in grams.
