Synopsis
I Love LA (2025) is an HBO comedy you can watch online on iFILM. A tight, codependent friend group tries to find footing in a city where the next big break is always just out of reach.
Maia wants to be a talent manager but is stuck fetching coffee as an assistant, sharing an apartment with a boyfriend she's drifting away from. Her holding pattern cracks open when her oldest best friend — the chaotic influencer Tallulah — blows back into town. Around them orbits a crew chasing clout, jobs and rent they can barely cover. Rachel Sennott, who created the show and stars in it, builds these people out of the ambition and secondhand embarrassment of a chronically online generation.
It's a sharp, sometimes merciless satire of young Los Angeles, aimed at anyone who likes their comedy without a safety net and characters who are easy to dislike. The tagline puts it plainly: sink or swim. Stream I Love LA (2025) online on iFILM.
