Synopsis
The Social Reckoning (2026) is Aaron Sorkin's drama about the Facebook whistleblower case — watch online on iFILM. Mikey Madison plays Frances Haugen, a young engineer who spent years inside one of the most powerful companies on earth before deciding she could not stay silent about what she'd seen.
Haugen connects with Wall Street Journal reporter Jeff Horwitz, played by Jeremy Allen White, and the two piece together a paper trail that Facebook had buried across legal teams and internal memos. Jeremy Strong plays the executive-level machinery that kept these secrets in place — a performance built on the specific exhaustion of people who convinced themselves the numbers justified everything. Bill Burr, Wunmi Mosaku, and Betty Gilpin round out a cast that makes every scene feel like a document rather than a dramatization.
Sorkin takes the real 2021 whistleblower testimony and structures it as a procedural about what it costs to tell the truth inside an institution that runs on opacity. Stream The Social Reckoning (2026) online on iFILM.
