Synopsis

John Doe is a fast-talking drifter with no memory of who he was. The job: haul a sealed package across the ruined United States to New Chicago, and in return he gets a safe spot inside walled New San Francisco. He picks up Quiet, an axe-swinging car thief settling her own scores, and the two of them keep crashing into Agent Stone's highway patrol and a clown named Sweet Tooth, who drives an ice cream truck you will not forget.
