Scientist Sigourney Haines built Frankie as an experimental android and enrolled her in school under the cover story that she's her daughter. The threat is EGG Labs, a tech company that wants its property back. The daily reality is cafeteria tables, homework and navigating friendships while making sure nobody notices the circuits. Her new best friend Dayton knows the truth and helps her pass as human.
