Dom Sabino oversees the arrival of the orders for Marocas' party. Dom Sabino receives a letter from the Queen of England and is proud. Bento demands a kiss from Marocas, and Dom Sabino catches them in the act. Dom Sabino tries to restore his daughter's honor. The Albatross hits a large iceberg and sinks. 132 years pass. Samuca discovers a block of ice in the sea off Guarujá and becomes fascinated by Marocas.

Elmo finds part of Samuca's surfboard and worries about his friend. Marocas wakes up, is startled by Samuca, and Marino helps her. Waleska and Mateus coordinate the removal of the frozen people to Criotec. Elmo informs Betina that Samuca is missing. Samuca tries to explain himself to Marino. Monalisa takes care of Marocas. Petra suggests that the case of the frozen people remain secret.

Betina questions Samuca about Marocas. Marino finds jewels at the bottom of the sea. Waleska worries about Marocas' disappearance. Samuca admires Marocas. Betina has a jealous outburst. Waleska argues with Samuca. Lalá kisses Carmen during class and ends up getting fired. Paulina is fired after spilling wine on Samuca's clothes. Lalá mistreats Samuca, who refuses to hire him.

Marocas tells Bento that she is compromised and Samuca offers shelter in her home. Bento is amazed by Carmen's beauty and, unintentionally, ends up taking one of the photos from Samuca's album. Samuca takes Bento to meet Samvita. Monalisa suggests that Marino take half of Cesária's jewelry and share it with her. Vanda fires Paulina.

Marocas does not accept Amadeu's help to rent an apartment. Mrs. Calahan accepts Amadeu's recommendation and hires Miss Celine as a school teacher. Carmen and Dom Sabino argue. Herberto tells Amadeu that he will continue Petra's cryonics process.

Samuca is forced to accept Emílio's return to Samvita, given the support of the group's shareholders. Betina is surprised to discover that Barão is the loan shark who lends Zelda money. Samuca confesses that she will not be able to stay away from Marocas, and she decides to resign.

Petra escapes and tells Samuca that Amadeu is the owner of Criotec, and reveals that he wants to be frozen until a cure for his illnesses is discovered. Cecílio and Elmo enter Criotec to rescue Cairu. Samuca helps Petra return to the United States. Carmen and Marino are surprised by Dom Sabino's presence on Red Island.

Amadeu tells Samuca that he bought Criotec because he wants to be frozen. Miss Celine tells Marocas about the students' commotion in the classroom. Cesária criticizes Dom Sabino's posture and conduct. Emílio, Amadeu and Mariacarla plan actions to harm Samuca and gain control of SamVita. Amadeu orders Mariacarla to organize an expedition to Patagonia to redeem Dom Sabino's insurance policy. Barão pays Zelda's bail, and Teófilo promises to protect her. Marocas is distressed when she sees the news about Samuca's dismissal.

Carmen's son dreams of Marocas and wakes up from a coma.

Marocas kisses Samuca after he wakes up from his coma. Omar is pushed and removed from the sporting activity by the teacher. Barão threatens to make the other students pay for Omar's exclusion and Miss Celine confronts him. Elmo discovers that Samuca's motorcycle was sabotaged. Mariacarla makes an offer for Cesária's jewelry. Marino kisses Carmen inside the car. Elmo tells Samuel that the motorcycle was sabotaged.

Cecílio tells Dom Sabino that he feels ashamed of having a father like him. Carmen asks Elmo if he knows anyone to be Samuca's security guard. Pedro Parede is dazzled by Cairu, and Marocas reprimands him. Mariacarla tells Amadeu that they found the first wreckage of the Albatross. Amadeu invites Dom Sabino to dinner and asks him to wear his tie pin.

Agustina suggests that Dom Sabino borrow the pin to use at dinner. Marocas discovers that Waleska is Samuca's bodyguard and becomes jealous. Damásia's food is a hit at the guesthouse. Dom Sabino confesses to Eliseu that Cecílio is his son. Eliseu offers Cecílio shelter in exchange for work. Miss Celine defends Omar and receives a notebook from Barão as thanks.

Carmen manages to help Marino. Samuka proposes a truce to Emílio. Marocas recognizes a dress he designed on TV. Paulina advises Marocas to report Zelda to the police. Betina instigates Cairu to get angry with Marocas. Miss Celine worries about the gift she received from the Baron. Amadeu criticizes Dom Sabino and Teófilo.

Amadeu is worried when Dom Sabino tells him that he will not accept his job offer. Teófilo helps Miss Celine to escape. Upon discovering from Miss Celine that it was the Baron who ordered Samuca's motorcycle to be sabotaged, Marocas tells his ex-fiancé that his life is in danger. Barão approaches Miss Celine when leaving school, but escapes when he sees Mazé. Emílio offers money to Elza to be his ally.

Pedro Parede publishes an article accusing Zelda of plagiarism and recognizing Marocas as the creator of the models. Bento starts psychoanalysis sessions with Helen. Elmo asks Damásia for help making food for the restaurant. Waleska and Samuca are attracted to each other. Samuca and Waleska kiss.

Emílio blackmails Marocas into marrying him, threatening to show the documents that prove that Dom Sabino committed heinous crimes during the Paraguayan War.

Paulina, Natália, Rafael and Bento are devastated by the news that Marcas is leaving the company. Samuca doesn't understand the decision and looks for Marocas to talk and they almost kiss. Dom Sabino appears looking for Marocas. Eliseu goes to visit Barão in jail. Eliseu reveals to Barão that he told Paulina the whole truth. Coronela opens the exam results and discovers that Mateus is the baby's father.

Marocas tells Florêncio that he is against any form of violence. Vanda tells Samuca that SamVita's accounts have been blocked to pay the award. Cairu accepts to work as a model in the Marocas clothing collection. Samuca suggests to Carmen that they make personal reserves available to pay employees. Baron orders Florêncio to finish off Emílio. Belém asks Emílio to resign.

Emílio tells Marocas that she saved his life because she loves him. Samuca presents Dom Sabino as vice-president of SamVita. Emílio is surprised when Marocas informs him that his parents are the new shareholders of SamVita. Elmo is suspicious of Betina's attitudes. Carmen suggests that Dom Sabino act cautiously against Emílio. Emílio appears in jail and Barão is surprised by his presence.

Marocas stops Cesária from destroying her wedding dress. Samuca reveals to Dom Sabino that Marocas cannot give up on his marriage to Emílio because of his father. Dom Sabino tells EmÌlio that he already knows about his schemes and that he will prevent his marriage to Marocas. Eliseu, Paulina and Belém are confident of clearing Barão. CecÌlio says he is very sorry for Dom Sabino and Paulina promises to help him with whatever he needs. Miss Celine meets with Dom Sabino and tells him about the wedding. Dom Sabino refuses to hand over his daughter to Emílio and prevents Marocas from getting married.

Marocas tells Miss Celine that she needs to be prepared for what Emílio might try against her. Carmen congratulates Dom Sabino for helping his daughter. EmÌlio is furious about the break with Marocas and promises to take revenge through the false documents that incriminate Dom Sabino. Vanda says she needs to see the evidence to have a real conclusion of the facts and thus help Dom Sabino, who receives a subpoena.

Januza sees Marocas and Samuca kissing and tells Coronela. Barão asks Florêncio to take care of his family if he is arrested. Coronela tells Januza that he spoke to Carmen. Carmen praises Dom Sabino's attitude towards the Samvita Council. Dom Sabino fights with Pedro Parede. Lalá tells Vera Lúcia that they are out of money. Dom Sabino's audience begins. Samuca shows concern for the health of Marocas. Betina wears a Kikinico model on purpose to be seen by Marocas. Samuca and Marocas react with surprise to Carmen's statement, who accepts that her son meets Livaldo. Elmo and Bento plan to win Miss Celine and Natália back. Lúcio tells Helen that Betina reminds him of his ex-wife. Carmen manages to please Nico and Kiki.

Barão asks for more money to carry out the plan requested by Dom Sabino. Vera Lúcia and Bento kiss and hug, leaving Nati indignant. Samuca finds Livaldo dressed as a woman.

Livaldo tells Samuca that he is sorry for abandoning him. Teófilo doesn't remember putting the money in the mattress. Eliseu tells Dom Sabino that Cecílio is thinking about creating a cooperative with recyclable material collectors. Nat catches Vera Lúcia kissing Bento. Barão catches Teófilo burning the embezzled money. Lúcio reveals to Betina that he knows she is poisoning Marocas.

Lúcio accuses Betina of poisoning Marocas. Marocas and Samuca plan the details for the wedding. Helen guarantees that Marocas is out of health danger. Dom Sabino and Livaldo find each other strange. Samuca tries to help Elmo start his own business in the bakery. Marocas delivers payment to Cesária. Dona Agustina prohibits Marocas from traveling with Samuca. Livaldo visits Lúcio.

Livaldo asks Lúcio for time to gain Samuca's trust and steal the document. Livaldo pretends to want a job, and Samuca offers a position at SamVita, much to Carmen's dismay. Carmen insinuates to Dom Sabino that Agustina wants to separate the two. Betina orders Agnese to take Marocas' life.

Menelau tells Marocas that he no longer wants to be a Kikinico model. Livaldo steals Carmen's keychain. Helen evaluates Marocas' exams and claims that someone is trying to poison her. Herberto alerts Lúcio that they detected the substance in the Marocas exam. Samuca deduces that Agnese is responsible for the poisoning of Marocas;-

Marocas looks for Agnese in jail and asks her why she wants her death.

Agnese tells Marocas that she has nothing against her, but refuses to say who is behind the attempt on her life. Lúcio tells Livaldo that the document he stole from Carmen's house proves that SamVita only exists thanks to him. Livaldo tells Mariacarla that Carmen stopped him from returning. Betina tells Lúcio that she will not allow Samuca to be destroyed by her own father.

Samuca deduces that Agnese may have poisoned herself. Betina asks Mariacarla to keep her informed about Livaldo's steps. Lúcio visits Agnese in the hospital and threatens her. Betina tells Igor that they should send Agnese out of Brazil. Agustina tells Carmen that she will not go to Marocas' wedding if she is present. Samuca shows Marocas the apartment where he intends to live with her.

Marocas is delighted with the apartment. The detective tells Lúcio that investigations indicate that the Sabino family planned Emílio's death. Samuca convinces Dom Sabino to accept Lúcio's investment in the Tietê project, to the banker's delight. Dom Sabino and Samuca break up a fight between Agustina and Carmen.

Betina is scared when she comes across Agnese on the couch at home, demanding funds to escape Brazil. They fight, Agnese has an accident and ends up not resisting. Miss Celine is surprised by Elmo's reaction of wanting to follow 19th century customs to get engaged to her. Lúcio complains to Betina that she is only looking for him out of interest. Dom Sabino threatens Livaldo if he bothers Carmen again.

Lúcio asks Betina to avoid talking to Herberto. Eliseu tells Paulina that Barão will respond to the trial in freedom, thanks to Belém. Barão is moved when Paulina decides to give him a second chance. Herberto asks Betina for money to flee the country. Lúcio tries to convince Herberto to hand over Betina to the police, in exchange for having Mariacarla as a defense lawyer.

Agustina tells Father Luís that she will fake a pregnancy to recover her marriage. Samuca and Marocas agree to have Lúcio and Betina as best men at their wedding. Mariacarla takes Herberto for a boat ride and pushes him into the sea. Agustina pretends to be dizzy around Dom Sabino. Livaldo asks Carmen for a chance to make amends for her mistakes.

Mariacarla tells Lúcio that the case against Samuca is ready. Waleska convinces Coronela to go to the wedding. Father Luís marries Samuca and Marocas. Marino and Mazé exchange looks. Carmen proposes a truce to Agustina, who does not react receptively. Betina flies into a rage because of Samuca's wedding. Agustina leaves Dom Sabino in shock when she reveals that she is expecting his child.

Barão tells Paulina that he will go to trial and promises his daughter that he will change his life. Betina asks Lúcio to put an end to Marocas. Agustina assures Cesária that Dom Sabino will return to live with her. Eliseu advises Dom Sabino to tell Carmen about Agustina's condition. Samuca and Marocas enjoy their honeymoon.

Lúcio assures Betina and Mariacarla that the Sabino Machado family will pay dearly for what they did to Emílio. Livaldo tells Lúcio that Eliseu refused to sell the shares to him. Samuca agrees to live with Marocas in Agustina's mansion for a while. Mariacarla tells Lalá that he will have to steal the jewelry that belonged to Cesária. Agustina refuses to be examined by Helen.

Carmen agrees with Dom Sabino going to the mansion, as long as she accompanies him. Miss Celine accepts Elmo's marriage proposal. Vanda tells Carmen that SamVita's shares have been frozen, under the allegation that Samuca stole the fertilizer's patent formula. Lalá shows Mariacarla the jewelry stolen from the museum. Samuca looks for Livaldo.

Livaldo tells Samuca that he owns the fertilizer patent. Lúcio tells Cesária that the jewels were stolen from the museum and promises to do everything he can to get them back. Carmen is horrified when Dom Sabino says he will live with Agustina again. Carmen confesses to Father Luís that she knows he is covering up Agustina's false pregnancy. Carmen comments to Samuca that Livaldo could end his family.

Carmen tells Samuca that Livaldo broke into her apartment and stole the original fertilizer document. Dom Sabino goes to Carmen's house and says he can't live without her. Coronela asks her daughter not to abandon her at Christmas. Lúcio goes to SamVita with Betina to offer help to Samuca, pretending to be friends of the boy.

Eliseu celebrates when Paulina arrives with Barão for Christmas dinner. Samuca manages to convince Carmen to participate in Christmas dinner. Carmen and Agustina agree to a truce during supper. Dom Sabino and Samuca expel Livaldo from the mansion. Marciana invites Vera Lúcia to spend Christmas with her family. Waleska decides to share Christmas dinner at Coronela's house with guests at the boarding house.

Lúcio makes a mysterious call. Samuca tells Marocas that the SamVita Board scheduled a meeting without him knowing. Betina hears Lúcio tell Mariacarla that he will be merciless towards those responsible for Emílio's death. Dom Sabino is surprised to see Livaldo at the Council meeting, claiming to be the owner of the original patent for the fertilizer.

Agustina and Carmen exchange insults. Waleska is suspicious of Livaldo. Faced with Dom Sabino's happiness, Carmen doesn't have the courage to say that she invented the pregnancy. Carmen confesses to Father Luís that she faked her pregnancy, just like Agustina. Vanda tells Samuca that her assets will be blocked.

Waleska watches Livaldo with Mariacarla. Dom Sabino stays at the Coronela guesthouse. Vanda confirms the blocking of all Samuca bank accounts. Marocas asks Waleska to find out who is behind Livaldo. Lúcio tells a scientist that Criotec will close and orders a space to be provided to get rid of Amadeu. Samuca demands that Livaldo be expelled from SamVita.

Samuca is suspicious of Lúcio. Carmen kicks Livaldo out of her house. Waleska watches Livaldo leaving Carmen's building. Amadeu wakes up confused, and Monalisa and Vera Lúcia are forced to take him to Lalá's room. Samuca asks Vanda to file for judicial recovery for SamVita. Mariacarla tells Lúcio that Amadeu fled Criotec. Mariacarla asks Lalá to look for Amadeu.

Marocas is suspicious of Mariacarla's intentions. Wanda explains to Samuca Mariacarla's role as an interventionist at SamVita. Augustina wears a fake belly. Cesária is suspicious of the size of Augustina's belly. Samuca decides to move away from SamVita. Lúcio and Betina ask Samuca to rethink the decision about leaving SamVita. Dom Sabino remembers the troubled year and wishes him a happy New Year.

Mariacarla tells Livaldo that they cannot be seen together. Dom Sabino tries to convince Livaldo to withdraw the case against Samuca. Samuca manages to approve a request for Mariacarla's replacement in the Council, but the lawyer warns that the Judge gave her complete administrative control of SamVita. Samuca tells Dom Sabino that he is willing to sacrifice himself to save SamVita.

Marocas tries to convince Samuca not to take the blame for the patent theft. Expelled from the pension by Coronela, Amadeu, Teófilo, Monalisa and Zelda rent a room in the tenement. Waleska discovers Livaldo and Carmen at the clandestine casino. Samuca helps Dom Sabino enter the casino. Dom Sabino catches Livaldo half-naked in front of Carmen and challenges him to a duel.

Gabiru delivers a notification from Dom Sabino for the duel. Lalá introduces himself to Livaldo as his protector. Lucio warns that he won't tell Livaldo that they will put blanks in Dom Sabino's gun. Marocas tells his father that he will not allow him to risk his life in a duel.

Marocas threatens to distance himself from Dom Sabino if his father maintains his decision to duel. Samuca and Marocas question Mariacarla's role as an intervener. Dom Sabino says goodbye to his family. Lalá manages to change the bullet in Dom Sabino's gun, while Eliseu sleeps. Carmen asks Dom Sabino to give up the duel.

Livaldo heads to the duel with Januza. Lalá tells Vera Lúcia how he got the money. Bento reads the rules of the duel to his opponents. Paulina manages to tell Marocas that the bullets in Dom Sabino's pistol were tampered with. The moment the two shoot, Samuca and Marocas fall on their parents. Marocas faints and everyone realizes that she was hit.

Helen warns that Marocas must be taken to the hospital urgently. Vera Lúcia helps Lalá escape from Lúcio's security guards. Helen tells Samuca that Marocas is fine. Petra explains to Lúcio and Betina that one of the frozen people had a variation of the smallpox virus in their body, which could create a pandemic risk.

Livaldo swears to Samuca that he didn't know the bullet was a blank. Agustina and Carmen make a truce to help Dom Sabino regain prestige at SamVita. Helen is scared when Petra says she is trying to regain custody of the frozen foods. Waleska tells Marocas that Operation On The Rocks has been reactivated.

Vanda tells Samuca that Betina sold SamVita shares. Marocas shows Samuca the place where the Kikinico store will open. Lúcio reveals to Dom Sabino, Samuca and Marocas that he is taking revenge on them for allegedly killing Emílio. Mateus takes Teófilo to Criotec. SamVita dawns surrounded by fences, warning that the company is closed and banned by court order.

Marino confides in Carmen that he heard Lúcio mark the implosion of the building. Zelda and Monalisa tell Barão that Teófilo has been arrested and ask for help to release him. Belém alerts Vanda that Teófilo is being held in private prison at Criotec. Helen is scared to learn that Teófilo will be used as a guinea pig. Agustina demands that Miss Celine and Elmo get married.

Lúcio doesn't like seeing the popular demonstration in favor of Samvita. Vanda tells Petra that she will not leave Criotec until Teófilo confirms that he was taken to the company by his will. Mateus asks Waleska not to get involved with Dom Sabino's family. Carmen tells Livaldo that she will only forgive him if he withdraws the action challenging the fertilizer patent.

Rodney tells Lúcio that he will implode the building as soon as the area is isolated. Vanda informs everyone that the building's implosion is suspended. Samuca and Marocas manage to prevent Rodney from activating the detonator. Rodney is taken away by the police. Dom Sabino is surprised to discover that it was Livaldo who warned about the implosion. Samuca and Marocas face Lúcio and Betina.

Livaldo leaves the original patent for the fertilizer to Samuca. Lúcio blackmails Petra to get a sample of the virus. Samuca proposes running away with Marocas.

Helen does not approve of Petra and Mateus' attitudes against frozen foods. Petra prevents Marocas from leaving Criotec. Lúcio hires Florêncio to steal a sample of the virus from Criotec. Paulina and Barão find an offensive poster near the Kikinico store. Samuca demands that Petra release Marocas.

Marocas is shaken when Helen tells him that the smallpox virus was found in her blood. Vanda tells Carmen that Livaldo's confession made Samvita's recovery possible. Mateus frees Marocas. Barão makes it clear to Florêncio that he has changed his life and now goes by the name Adan. Marocas tells Samuca about the virus.

Helen listens to Petra talking to Mateus about the quarantine of frozen people. Herberto demands Mariacarla's head to manipulate the virus at Lúcio's request. Samuca and Marocas decide to join Rafael in his camp. Eliseu is moved by his testimony in the case in favor of Samvita. Samuel tells everyone that Samvita has been recovered.

Marocas realizes that his family is confined to their own house. Teófilo asks Barão for shelter. Samuca refuses Petra's instructions to leave the mansion. Petra decides to invade the mansion to remove Samuca. Carmen and Vanda conclude that the meeting at Criotec was a trap. Samuca is taken by the soldiers. Mateus notices that the frozen ones escaped through the roof and captures them, but Menelaus manages to escape. Vanda goes to meet Menelaus. Coronela despairs when he notices that Waleska is missing. Petra makes sure that Marocas is the only host of the virus.

Petra is outraged to see Amadeu at Criotec and immobilizes him in a capsule. Menelaus decides to help his friends, contrary to Elmo. Samuca faces everything and everyone to stay close to Marocas and ends up joining the Criotec bubble together with his lover. Lúcio makes Betina taste her own poison. Marocas ages more than 100 years, but ends up being saved by Samuca. Marocas and Samuca return to the beach where they met.
