Synopsis
Awarapan 2 (2026) will be available to watch online on iFILM — a drama laced with action and melodrama from director Nitin Kakkar, best known for the National Award-winning Filmistaan. Nineteen years after the first film, Shivam is back on screen, with Emraan Hashmi reprising the role that made his name.
Grief has calcified into something heavier this time, and the character spends the film hunting for a reason to keep going. Shabana Azmi and Disha Patani join the cast, alongside Suvinder Vicky and Vijayant Kohli. The 2007 original is remembered less for how it opens than for where it lands, and the sequel is clearly banking on that same gut-punch. A 2026 release is set, and iFILM will carry Awarapan 2 in its online catalog as soon as it drops.
