Synopsis

When an injury closes the ring to him, Stuart drives to Los Angeles chasing money and a shot at acting. Then a late-night motorcycle crash nearly kills him and upends everything he refused to believe in.
Rosalind Ross wrote and directed the film, marking her feature debut behind the camera. Wahlberg gained considerable weight for the role, Mel Gibson plays Stuart's estranged father, and the cast also includes Jacqui Weaver and Malcolm McDowell.
