Synopsis
A Midsummer Night's Sex Comedy (1982) is Woody Allen's breezy romantic comedy you can watch online on iFILM. Six people, three couples, one country house for the weekend — and not a single steady feeling among them.
Andrew, a bumbling inventor, drags his wife to his estate just as his pompous philosopher cousin arrives with a fiancée half his age, and a cheerfully lecherous doctor shows up with his own companion in tow. Desires promptly start pointing in the wrong directions. Allen plays Andrew alongside Mia Farrow, Mary Steenburgen, José Ferrer and Julie Hagerty. Cinematographer Gordon Willis shoots the meadows and woods in a haze of summer light that makes the whole thing feel unhurried and warm.
