Synopsis
Inside Man: Most Wanted (2019) is a crime thriller you can watch online on iFILM, directed by M.J. Bassett. It works as a standalone spinoff set in the same world as Spike Lee's 2006 heist film, this time centering on a siege at the U.S. Federal Reserve Bank in New York.
An armed group seizes the building and takes dozens of tourists hostage. An NYPD hostage negotiator arrives on the scene and figures out fast that the operation is far more structured than a standard robbery. A federal agent is brought in, and together they have to keep the situation from collapsing — buying time, reading the hostage-takers and trying to get everyone out alive. Rhea Seehorn and Roxanne McKee carry the tension through nearly the full ten-hour standoff the film depicts.
