Stan's long-suffering wife Francine runs the household while their daughter Hayley fights every conservative instinct her father has, and teenage son Steve navigates high school as a hopeless nerd. Two permanent houseguests round out the chaos: Roger, an alien with an endless wardrobe of disguises, and Klaus, a talking goldfish whose human brain was transplanted by the CIA decades ago. The show has been running since 2005 and is well into its seventeenth season.
