You can watch The Rig Season 2 (2025) online on iFILM across six episodes, and the setting has moved north — the survivors of the Kinloch Bravo wake up on a high-tech rig deep inside the Arctic Circle.
They aren't there by choice. Pictor holds the crew captive and forces them into a rescue dive far beneath the ice, hiding what really waits on the ocean floor. Magnus, Fulmer and Bremner haul explosives out onto a glacier to reach the people trapped below. Fulmer's broken trust with Rose makes him easy for Coake to work, and a betrayal on board ends in a gunshot that resets everything. Pulling at all of it is the thing the season calls the Ancestor — and a data drive Pictor will kill to keep.
