Synopsis

Dan Chase lives off the grid with two rottweilers until assassins show up at his door. That night sends him running, and the truth comes out: decades ago he was a CIA operative in Afghanistan, and a secret he buried there has resurfaced. Hunting him is FBI veteran Harold Harper, an old ally who isn't sure he even wants the capture to succeed. Along the way Chase pulls a stranger named Zoe into his orbit, tells her who he really is, and drags the whole mess from a Vermont hideout all the way to Morocco, where old debts come due.
