Pluto is fuming — Mickey's attention has shifted to a stray kitten. Then the little thing tumbles into a well, and a tiny argument breaks out inside Pluto's head: a pint-sized devil whispers to walk away while an angel pushes him toward the rescue. Director Clyde Geronimi plays the whole tug-of-war through expression alone, barely a word spoken.
