Synopsis
6 Below: Miracle on the Mountain (2017) is a survival drama directed by Scott Waugh and based on a true story, available to watch online on iFILM with Josh Hartnett as former professional ice hockey player Eric LeMarque.
LeMarque's career ended; what followed was addiction and a restless search for something to replace the rush of competition. He found it in snowboarding the back country of California's Mammoth Mountain, alone, off-piste. When a storm warning closes the slopes and he ignores it, he gets caught in a massive blizzard. Nine days, sub-zero temperatures and frostbite creeping up his legs — and nothing to do but confront the choices that got him there.
