Two years after the KA29 incident, he ends up at the centre of a hostage crisis in a Berlin underground train — and this time it feels personal from the first scene. Police chief Winter coordinates the response from the surface. Daniel and Zahra, in London, work a parallel thread that nobody above them wants to acknowledge. Inside the train, passenger frustration is starting to crack, someone is watching Marsha closely, and Sam is beginning to understand that one wrong move seals every exit for everyone on board.
