Omni Loop (2024) is a US science-fiction drama you can watch online on iFILM. Zoe Lowe has a black hole growing inside her chest — and she keeps reliving the same final five days, over and over, with no way forward.

Mary-Louise Parker plays Zoe, a 55-year-old wife and mother from Miami who long ago stopped becoming the person she meant to be. She owns pills that rewind time a few days, yet the loop refuses to let her out. Then she teams up with a sharp young physics grad student played by Ayo Edebiri, and the two start picking the mechanics of time travel apart. The deeper they dig, the more the real question shifts: not how to break the loop, but who Zoe wanted to be while she still had the time.

Writer-director Bernardo Britto keeps it small and quiet — a thinking-person's sci-fi where the scientific premise is really a way into regret and second chances. The tagline says it plainly: you can't outrun your future. Best for viewers who like ideas-driven films closer to Arrival than to any effects-heavy blockbuster.
