Strangers pick up the phone for ordinary reasons. A fight. A bag someone left behind. A neighbor acting strange across the street. Then reality bends. One caller swears his arms are physically stretching, another phones in to confess a killing, a planeful of passengers hears on the news that their flight already went down over Phoenix. The lines start connecting more than people — they connect time, the future leaking into the past, the dead into the living. Episode by episode the scattered calls snap into a single approaching catastrophe.
