Synopsis
RWBY Season 2 is ready to watch online on iFILM — Rooster Teeth's animated action-fantasy, twelve episodes from 2014. Team RWBY heads back to Beacon for a second semester at the academy that trains the world's strongest fighters.
Classes resume. Trouble doesn't wait. The girls start digging into the White Fang and the slippery thief Roman Torchwick, while a mysterious new trio moves quietly in the background. Between coursework, a school dance, and combat training, saving the city somehow has to fit on the timetable. Ruby follows a patrol she shouldn't have, an ordinary friend named Penny turns out to be anything but, and by the end Vale feels the full weight of the Grimm.
The volume opens with a goofy cafeteria food fight and tightens, episode by episode, into a real siege. The writers pull the story away from school routine toward a citywide threat, and the stakes sit higher than anything in the first run. Weiss, Blake and Yang discuss their motivations for becoming huntresses. While everyone sleeps, Ruby discovers a White Fang patrol but gets captured while trying to follow them.

Ruby has been taken hostage by Torchwick and the White Fang, but just as team WBY rescues her, Torchwick sets his plan in motion. On the train, team RWBY splits up and does battle with various enemies, while trying to stop the train and prevent it from unloading more bombs.
