Synopsis

Jack Crawford pulls Will back into fieldwork and assigns him a psychiatrist to keep him functional: Dr. Hannibal Lecter. While Will tracks cases that grow stranger by the episode — a killer using bodies as fertilizer, the elusive Chesapeake Ripper, a murderer sculpting victims into angels — Lecter sits across from him every week, listening, steering. Will's mind starts to fracture: blackouts, progressive encephalitis, visions he can no longer tell from crime scenes. By the final episodes, Hannibal is quietly rewriting the story in ways Will can't see coming.
