Synopsis

Madison is a guidance counselor; Travis is a teacher. They're blending two families in a house with a junkie son, a daughter with plans, and a stepson who resents everyone. Nick wakes up in a drug den next to something that isn't just a corpse. Nobody takes him seriously at first. Then the city starts burning. The National Guard arrives, draws clean lines around the neighborhood, and the plan behind those lines has a code name nobody wants to explain.
