Synopsis
13 Reasons Why (2017), Season 1 — watch all 13 episodes online on iFILM. Hannah Baker is dead. She left tapes.
Clay Jensen comes home to a shoebox of recordings his classmate Hannah made before she died — thirteen sides, thirteen names, each one a person she holds responsible. Listening in order, he moves through a version of his own school that looks familiar and keeps turning ugly: rumors weaponized as reputation, a romance taken apart by gossip, a summer party where something irreversible happens. Tony, the one person who already knows what's on the tapes, watches Clay the whole time without explaining why. The students being named are watching too, and not everyone wants the full story out.
Adapted from Jay Asher's 2007 novel, Season 1 runs as a slow mystery told in reverse — Hannah narrating from the past, Clay piecing it together in the present. Small cruelties carry more weight here than any single dramatic event. Stream 13 Reasons Why Season 1 online on iFILM.
