Synopsis

Miguel gets word his sister Penelope has joined a cult that offers its members as willing victims to Purge-night killers — he has until the sirens sound to reach her. Jane has spent months quietly plotting against a boss who deserves it, and tonight is her window. Rick and Jenna chase a real-estate deal whose real price tag turns out to be moral, not financial. Somewhere in the same streets, a man named Joe is assembling a private courtroom for people he has judged guilty. All four threads tangle in the final hour.
