Synopsis

Pepper brings the weight of a man who knows exactly how dangerous the world he's stepping back into is — and goes anyway. Laura Vandervoort and Colm Feore round out a cast that knows this genre well enough not to oversell it. The plot moves efficiently, the action is clean, and at 85 minutes the film doesn't overstay its welcome.
