Jack is a businessman driving through the Nevada desert with his own reasons to keep moving. He picks up Adrian, a drifter who looks harmless enough. Adrian won't leave, and keeps dropping hints that he knows something about Jack's past — the kind of detail that would interest a cop. Two men, two buried secrets, one empty highway.
