Snow Buddies

Snow Buddies (2008) is a Canadian-American family film directed by Robert Vince — watch it online on iFILM. Five talking golden retriever puppies, the offspring of sports-star Air Bud, end up stranded somewhere in the Alaskan wilderness when they should be safely at home. What follows is an accidental sled-dog race through ice and snow.

A local husky pup named Shasta takes the confused puppies under his paw and teaches them everything they missed about teamwork. Whoopi Goldberg, Jim Belushi and Kris Kristofferson provide voices for the animal cast. This one is squarely aimed at young children — talking dogs, clear life lessons, zero edge.
