Synopsis

After gunmen nearly kill him at his own home, Marley flees to London and pours everything into the album Exodus. The story leans on two people: Bob and his wife Rita (Lashana Lynch), a backing singer and anchor without whom there would be no peace concert and no legend. Ben-Adir spent months on Jamaican Patois and Marley's stage moves, and the songs you hear are the original recordings. The Marley family backed the project, with son Ziggy and Rita herself among the producers.
