Synopsis
Sing Sing (2024) is a drama directed by Greg Kwedar that you can watch online on iFILM. Colman Domingo plays Divine G, a man serving time at the Sing Sing maximum-security prison for a crime he insists he didn't commit, who channels everything into leading the facility's theater group.
When a hot-tempered newcomer — Divine Eye, played by real-life formerly incarcerated Clarence Maclin — joins the troupe, the friction between them threatens the fragile thing they've all been building. The stage isn't a symbol here. For these men, rehearsal is the one hour in the week when the prison's hierarchy stops mattering.
