Synopsis
Inspector Gadget 2 (2003) is a family action-comedy you can watch online on iFILM, directed by Alex Zamm and starring French Stewart alongside Elaine Hendrix as the new robotic officer G2 — a direct-to-video sequel to the 1999 theatrical film.
Dr. Claw has broken out, and Riverton needs its cyborg detective back. Except the department has other ideas: a newer model, G2, is up and running, and Gadget is ordered to stay clear of the investigation. Standing aside was never his strong suit, and soon he is back in the thick of things, gadgets misfiring and all.
Stewart brings a slightly warmer, less manic energy to the role than Matthew Broderick did in the original, and the film works best as a straightforward watch for younger kids who have never needed their spy comedies to be plausible. Stream Inspector Gadget 2 (2003) online on iFILM.
