Detective Raimy Sullivan picks up an old ham radio that belonged to her father — and somehow reaches him across twenty years. Frank Sullivan is alive in 1996, a cop with three weeks left before he dies in the line of duty. Father and daughter begin trading information, working cold cases from both ends of the timeline. But every change they make to the past ripples into Raimy's present in ways neither of them fully controls.
