The Gilded Age (2022) is HBO's lavish period drama from Downton Abbey creator Julian Fellowes — watch all seasons online on iFILM. New York City, 1882: the old money families of the Astor set and the freshly minted railroad fortunes are locked in a cold war over who gets to decide what society looks like.

Young Marian Brook (Louisa Jacobson) arrives from the South to live with her prim aunts and walks straight into the conflict. Next door, Bertha Russell (Carrie Coon) is throwing money at every door that keeps closing in her face. And Marian's companion Peggy Scott (Denée Benton) is navigating an entirely different set of barriers — race rather than class — in the same city at the same time.
