Chance (Mark Valley) solves every job the same way — by stepping fully into someone else's life. A corporate exec is marked for death, so Chance shows up as the company auditor. A bank robbery is brewing, and suddenly he's the new teller behind the counter. Backing him are two regulars: Winston, the partner who runs the firm and worries about everyone, and Guerrero (Jackie Earle Haley), a soft-spoken freelancer with a very ugly résumé. Indira Varma and Janet Montgomery drop into the rotation as the cases pile up.

The show ran two short seasons on Fox, leaning on stunts, shootouts and the scraps of Chance's buried past that surface one episode at a time.
