Synopsis

A young band — half American, half British — drops out of college and heads to the Sunset Strip chasing a record deal. They end up sleeping in a van. Then a mysterious stranger steps in, seeing something in them worth cultivating. He offers them a deal, they take it, and the music starts doing things music shouldn't do. The higher they climb, the heavier the debt gets.
