Clinical (2017) is a psychological horror-thriller you can watch online on iFILM, directed by Alistair Legrand. After barely surviving a violent attack by a former patient, psychiatrist Jane Mathis tries to rebuild her career by taking on a new case: a young man whose face was left badly disfigured and whose mind is just as scarred.

Vinessa Shaw carries the film from the first frame, with Aaron Stanford and India Eisley filling out a small but focused cast. As Jane digs into her patient's history, her own suppressed trauma starts bleeding into the sessions — until it's hard to tell whose breakdown the audience is actually watching. The script keeps the threat deliberately ambiguous for most of its 104 minutes.
