Synopsis
Lore (2017), Season 2 is Amazon's true-horror anthology you can watch online on iFILM — six episodes built from the real events behind our oldest fears. Aaron Mahnke's podcast becomes screen again, this time digging further back.
Season 2 ranges from the Middle Ages to the dawn of the rocket age. Two outcast Irishmen in Edinburgh, Burke and Hare, decide that making corpses beats robbing graves. The aging Countess Báthory hunts for fresh blood to keep her youth. Between the World Wars, a German family sleeps while a killer waits in the walls of their own farmhouse. Clockmakers in Prague learn what it costs to outrun a curse, and in New England, a hundred years before Salem, a mob comes for Mary Webster.
Every episode stands alone, woven from archive footage, reenactment and animation. This run feels colder and more grown-up than the first: fewer legendary monsters, more harm done by ordinary people. It closes on Jack Parsons, who dreamed of both a rocket to space and a real demon. Stream Lore Season 2 online on iFILM.

S2·E6Jack Parsons: The Devil and the Divine
