SkyMed (2022) is a Canadian drama series — watch it online on iFILM. Nurses and pilots staffing air ambulance flights across remote northern Canada are at the centre: isolated communities, no backup, the nearest hospital hundreds of kilometres away.

The crew is young and in over their heads. Natasha Calis, Praneet Akilla and Morgan Holmstrom play rookies barely out of training, thrown into calls that textbooks don't prepare you for. Aaron Ashmore co-stars as a seasoned pilot holding the team together. They lean on each other because there is nobody else.
