Synopsis
Katy Keene (2020) is a CW series you can watch online on iFILM — a Riverdale spin-off set in the same world but running on a completely different frequency. Lucy Hale plays Katy, a personal shopper at Lacy's department store by day who spends her nights sewing her own designs on a decades-old machine.
Her apartment doubles as a crash pad for three other dreamers: her neighbor Jorge performs as drag queen Ginger in nightclubs while angling for a Broadway break; Pepper is quietly building a fashion empire with borrowed credibility and genuine vision; and Josie McCoy, fresh from Riverdale, is sleeping on the couch while trying to make it as a singer. The show is built around the idea that New York chews people up — but these four are stubborn enough to chew back.
