Synopsis
The Vicious Kind (2009) is a prickly indie dramedy you can watch online on iFILM. Fresh off a brutal breakup, construction worker Caleb has decided every woman is a liar — starting with his brother's new girlfriend.
Over a Thanksgiving visit to their small Connecticut town, Caleb (Adam Scott) sets out to sabotage his younger brother's romance with Emma (Brittany Snow) — then falls for her himself, hard and miserably. J.K. Simmons plays the estranged father who barely speaks to either son. Most of the film lives inside Caleb's sleepless, motor-mouthed spiral.
