Synopsis

Ray manages a hardware store in a small Texas town and just found out his wife is cheating on him. He ends up at a bar in the worst possible state, and a stranger presses an envelope of cash into his hands — convinced he's a hired killer. Ray has never hurt anyone. The money, though, is real.
He drags in his buddy Skip, an overconfident private eye with a talent for making things worse (Zahn doing what Zahn does best), and the two of them try to untangle who ordered what before the actual hitman catches up.
