Synopsis
Rupture (2016) is a Canadian-American sci-fi thriller you can watch online on iFILM. Director Steven Shainberg follows Renee, a single mother grabbed from a parking lot and held in a sealed facility where she and other captives are subjected to disturbing procedures. Noomi Rapace carries the film almost entirely on her own; Peter Stormare and Michael Chiklis appear on the other side of the glass.
The script keeps the audience as disoriented as Renee herself — clues come slowly, the organization's purpose stays murky for a long time, and the exits keep closing.
